Step 1. On the start-up interface of PanFone Toolkit, please choose "Mobile Manager" to install PanFone Mobile Manager. After the installation, tap "Mobile Manager" again to launch it.
Step 2. Click on the key icon on the top right of the program.
Input the Registration Email and Code manually or copy and paste the Email and Code into the registration pop-up dialog.
Note: The registration contents are case sensitive. Please do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word.
Simply connect your iPod touch, iPhone, iPad or Android phone to your computer via a USB cable, then launch PanFone Mobile Manager.
Go to the Music tab, you can choose the audio type from left panel, such as Music, Ringtones, Podcasts, Audiobooks,iTunes U, Voice Memo. You will see five items "Add", "Export", "Delete", "Refresh" and "De-duplicate" under the main window. 1. Click on "Export" button to export/back up music files from mobile phone to PC.
2. Click on "Add" button to import music files from PC to iOS or Android device.
3. Click on "edit icon" to fix ID3 tags including artwork, title, artist, album, genre, and year.
4. Delete duplicates to free up the storage of your iOS/Android device.
Choose the "Videos" option, you will see four items "Add', "Export", "Delete" and "Refresh" under the main window.
1. Choose the videos you want to back up to your computer and click on the "Export" button to export/back up video files from mobile phone to PC.
2. Click on "Add" button to import video files from PC to iOS or Android device.
Utilize PanFone Mobile Manager to import and export albums and photos between your PC and iPhone/iPad/iPod touch or Android device.
1. Click on "Export" button to export/back up photos from mobile phone to PC.
2. Click on "Import" button to import photos from PC to iOS or Android device.
3. Organize and manage your photos with customized time filters.
Back up Contacts: Click on the Backup button to export your contacts from mobile phone to vCard, CSV, and XML file, or to your outlook.
Back up Messages: Click on the Backup button to make a backup of your messages from mobile phone to computer.
Back up Call History: Click on the Backup button to make a backup of your call histories from mobile phone to computer.
Back up Notes (iOS device supported only): Click on the Backup button to back up notes from your iOS device to computer.
Save Contacts: Click on the Save button to export your contacts to HTML files.
Save Messages: Click on the Save button to export your messages to CSV and HTML files.
Save Call History: Click on the Save button to export your call histories to CSV and HTML files.
Save Note (iOS device supported only): Click on the Save button to export notes from your iOS device to CSV and HTML files.
Click on the "Recover" button to recover contacts, messages and call history, notes (iOS device supported only) from the backup you've made previously by PanFone Mobile Manager.
Click on the Delete button to selectively remove Contacts, Messages, Call History, Notes (iOS device supported only) from your phone.
Click on the "New" button to create a new contact.
Right-click on a contact to update information.
Click on print icon on the upper right to print contacts, messages, call history, notes (iOS device supported only).
PanFone Manager lets you directly manage apps on computer from iPhone/iPad/iPod touch and Android devices.
1. Click on "Add" button to add apps from computer to mobile devices.
2. Click on "Uninstall" button to uninstall apps in bulk.
3. Click on 'Folder' icon after the iOS app to preview files attached in application. You can either add files from PC to document folder or export app files to PC as you need.
To manage Books, PDF files and Audiobooks on your iOS devices, connect your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad to your computer, then launch PanFone Mobile Manager. Go to ‘Books’ module on top manu bar and there’re 4 options: ‘Add’, ‘Export’, ‘Delete’ and ‘Refresh’.
1. Click on the Add option to add books from computer to iOS devices.
2. Click on the Export option to transfer e-books, pdf files or audiobooks from iOS devices to computer for a backup.
3. Click on Delete option to selectively delete books files from iOS devices.
PanFone Manager is also a simple and powerful file explorer to help you thoroughly access your Android and iOS device under Disk Mode, then you can feel free to drag and drop music, videos, photos, eBooks and other files to a folder of your mobile devices, or export the files or directories from Android/iOS device to computer.
1. One-click to Back up and Restore Data on iPhone/iPad/iPod/Android Phone
One-click backup and restore tool under "Toolbox" helps you back up and restore all data on iPhone/iPad/iPod/Android phone in a few simple clicks.
To back up data in one click, click on the "One click backup" icon under Toolbox to start the one key backup tool.
You can click on the "Change backup path" button to customize the save path. (Free space will be marked in the page.) Select data you want and click on Next to load. Next, tap on 'Backup' button to back up all of the data.
To restore data by a click, click on the "One click recovery" icon under Toolbox.
Choose a backup file to recover. All of the available backups will be listed on the checkbox. Click on Next to load. Then, tap on the "Restore" button to recover the backup file back to your mobile phone.
2. HEIC to JPG Converter
Convert HEIC Photos from PC: Tap 'Add pictures' and select the HEIC format photos from your PC. On the right sidebar, customize the output location and picture quality (from Low, Middle to Hight). And then tap 'Convert' to start the process.
Convert HEIC Photos from Device: Tap 'Select from device' to load all the HEIC format photos from device. Only select those you wish to convert and uncheck or delete those you don't need. On the right sidebar, customize the output location and picture quality (from Low, Middle to Hight). And then tap 'Convert' to proceed.
3. Photos Compression
To compress photos in batch and free up space on mobile phone , click 'Photo Compression' icon under Toolbox tab.
Tap 'Scan photos' to scan the JPG photos on mobile phone. Select photos in batch or in all and then instruct the 'Compress' function. You can also backup the original photos (not compress yet) to PC at the same time. Photos compression will release more available space on mobile phone.
4. Ringtone Maker
To customize ringtone for iPhone by using your own favorite music, click the 'Ringtone Maker' under Toolbox.
Step 1: Select a favorite song from somputer or iPhone for making new ringtone.
Select from computer: To turn a song on local folder into a customized ringtone, click this option to find the song and click "Open" to load.
Select from device: If the needed song is on your iPhone, tap on this option to launch a popup. This pop-up will list all songs on your iOS device. Click "Select" option to load.
Step 2: After selection, you can see a window below. Now, you should move progress bar and then set the "Start" and "End" point to clip the audio into your desired potion. Generally, the recommended length of a ringtone is around 30s. So as your preferences, you can check the Loop Playback or setup Tone fade in and fade out time.
After the customization is done, you can click on the "Import to device" option to save the new ringtone to iPhone directly.
Step 3: Now on your iPhone, go to Settings > Sounds > Ringtone and select the custom ringtone you just added to your iPhone as your iPhone new ringtone or alarm sound by tapping on it.
5. Audio Conversion
To convert audio file to various formats, including MP3, M4A, M4R, CAF, AAC, WAV, FLAC and more, simply click on the 'Audio Conversion' under Toolbox.
Step 1: Click on the 'Add Audio' option to import the audios files to this converter or drop and drag the video to this converter.
Step 2: On the right panel, you can customize the output format (MP3, M4A, M4R,CAF, AAC, WAF, FLAC and OGG), video size (Auto, 480*320, 640*480, 960*640 and etc.), output video quality and volume.
Step 3: Tap on the 'Convert' button to start the conversion process. If you want to save the converted video to a smartphone, select the 'Import' option.
6. Video Conversion
To convert video from other formats to the most common MP4 and then enjoy it freely, just click on the 'Video Conversion' under Toolbox.
Step 1: Click on the 'Add Video' button to add the video into this converter or or drop and drag the video into this converter.
Step 2: On the right panel, you are able to set video size from the smallest 480*320 to the largest 1920*1080, output video quality and volume.
Step 3: Hit on the 'Convert' button to start converting the video. If you wanna transfer the converted video to a smartphone, select the 'Import' option.
