+What to do if the device fails to connect with PanFone WhatsApp Transfer?

The following reasons may lead to this case:

  • The latest version of the product is not installed.

  • There’s something wrong with the USB cable or USB port.

+ How to register PanFone WhatsApp Transfer?

1. Click menu button on the right corner of the program interface.

2. Choose Register in the drop-down list, you will get the register window below.

3. Copy and paste the Name and Code into the registration popup dialog.

Note: The registration name is case sensitive. And, please do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word.

You don't need to uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp using PanFone WhatsApp Transfer, but the WhatsApp data on your device will be replaced with the data in the backup. If you want to merge the data in the backup with the data on your device, then you need to install the WhatsApp app from PanFone.

+How do I update the customized WhatsApp to the official WhatsApp?

Make sure that the data in the customized WhatsApp is what you want to keep. Then follow the steps below to update the customized WhatsApp to the latest official version.

1. Back up WhatsApp on the Android device to the phone's local storage. Open WhatsApp Settings > Chats > Chat Backup. Turn off auto backup to Google Drive. Click BACK UP.

2. Uninstall the customized WhatsApp from your device. Download the official WhatsApp from Google Play, log into the WhatsApp, and restore the local backup you just created to the official WhatsApp (see the guide in the screenshot below). Now you have updated the customized WhatsApp to the latest official version.

+What to do if I still encounter an error and can't find out any solutions which show above when using PanFone WhatsApp Transfer?

If you encounter an error for the first time, please restart the program and try again. If you encounter the error for several times, please submit your problem to our Support Email: [email protected]. Offer us your iOS model, iOS version and your PanFone log file. You can find all the logs file from Menu > Open Log File > Logs and send us all the logs in this folder. Please try to submit your case as much detailed and clear as possible to us.
